1.        L/C should be IRREVOCABLE TRANSFERABLE .

2.        L/C to be opened in Favor of  SQUARE FASHIONS LTD. “SQUARE CENTER” 48 MOHAKHALI COMMERCIAL AREA, DHAKA-1212, BANGLADESH.

3.        L/C Advising Bank: ANY BANK IN DHAKA, BANGLADESH.

4.        Tolerance in Quantity / Amount:  +/- 5%

5.        Insurance to be covered BY APPLICANT.

6.        Partial & Trans-shipment to be ALLOWED .

7.        Place of Expiry: BANGLADESH

8.        Tenor of Draft: AT SIGHT

9.        Delivery & Validity : As mentioned  in the Order Sheet . THE L/C SHOULD REMAIN VALID OF 21 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT.

10.     Payment Clause: Available with ANY BANK IN BANGLADESH BY NEGOTIATION.

11.     B/L Clause: Complete set of not less than 3 original & one non-negotiable clean on board marine Bills of Lading issued to the order of negotiating bank and endorsed to the order of L/C issuing Bank. Marked “Freight pre-paid” and Notify: A). Applicant.    B) ……..

12.     Reimbursement Clause: Upon receipt of documents strictly complied with the terms and conditions we shall remit you in accordance with your negotiating bank’s instruction within 3 (Three) working days.

13.     All Banking Charges (L/C Opening Commission & Amendment Charges) are on Applicants account.

14.     Price is including  US$0.38 per piece commission for ASMARA Bangladesh.
